Neenah, Inc. (“Neenah”) invites you to enter the Design Your Nature Instagram Giveaway by designing your interpretation of nature using up-cycled paper, fabric or the medium of your choice on post entry and tagging it with #designyournature.

By creating your post, you agree to the following rules, terms and conditions (the “Contest Rules”).  Contest entry will be deemed as acceptance of the Giveaway Rules.

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to ALL individuals in the U.S. and internationally, at least 18 years of age, except employees of Neenah and immediate family members of such employees. The Contest is open to participants regardless of residence or citizenship, so long as the laws of their jurisdiction allow participation; void where prohibited.  Participation in the Contest constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decision of Neenah as final and binding as it relates to the content and judging of this Contest.

How to Enter

Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per household for the duration.  Each entry must be submitted through Instagram, by using the hashtag #designyournature during the Giveaway Period and following the instructions to ensure validity. To be valid, your profile cannot be private (we cannot account for your entry if your account is private) and your entry must include the following required information:

• Like the Design Your Nature Entry Post.

• Follow @NeenahPaper on Instagram.

• Post a photo of your creation using the hashtag #DesignYourNature.

Entries will be judged based on a set of criteria (creativity, execution, and quality).

Contest Period/ Deadline

Entries will be accepted when posted between 12:00 am, Eastern Standard Time on April 22, 2020 and 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time on May 8, 2020. Deadline for submitting entries ends at 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time on May 8, 2020.

Winning Selection and Grand Prize

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS

Limit of one (1) Promotion Prize per person/per household.

The winner will be selected by Neenah’s Creative Director, Dallas Franklin, and the founder of Design Army, Pum Lefebure.  The judges will score each entry based on a set of criteria (creativity, execution, and quality).

 The winners will be selected by both judges and will be announced on May 15, 2020 via Instagram. One winner will receive $1000 Cash, which will be sent through digital payment directly to the winner.  Winners agree to provide electronic payment information and social security number to Neenah for the purpose of payment and hereby agree to Neenah’s Privacy Policy, available at https://neenah.com/utils/privacy.aspx. Neenah will issue 1099 to the top winner for tax purposes.  Two runner-up winners will receive a $250 Cash Prize each. Odds of winning are not increased by number of hashtags or by chance.  List of winners will be available from Neenah. 

Once a winner is selected they have 5 days after the date of contact by Neenah via Instagram or email[BB1]  at marketing@neenah.com to provide their contact information and accept the award or we will negate the win and the prize will go to the next runner up (in which case another runner up will be announced). Please note that 1099 must be provided for cash prize to be awarded to grand prize winner.

Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winner(s) is permitted.

By entering, participants agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Neenah, Inc., its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents and representatives (collectively, “Neenah”), from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, claim, action, demand or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the competition (collectively, “Losses”), including without limitation any claim for copyright infringement or violation of a third party’s right to privacy and/or publicity right. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.  All winners will be required to (i) agree to these Sweepstakes Rules, (ii) sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and, where lawful, (iii) a Publicity Release.

The winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the prize receipt, including but not limited to federal, state and/or local income and other taxes.

Rights, Terms and Conditions

The participants and winners agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved with Neenah, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, before a court of competent jurisdiction located in Atlanta, Georgia, which court shall apply the laws of the State of Georgia without regard for rules of conflicts of law. IN ANY SUCH DISPUTE, PARTICIPANT SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ATTORNEYS' FEES, OR ANY DAMAGES OTHER THAN PARTICIPANT'S ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES (IF ANY) ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST. YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR INCREASED. The Contest and Neenah’s web site are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

Neenah is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of submissions to the Contest, including but not limited to any misprints or typographical errors. Neenah assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of completion as planned, including but not limited to, any reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Neenah that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, Neenah reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest.

Publicity

Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Neenah to use winners’ name and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Privacy
