NEENAH® DIGITAL PAPERS GUARANTEE: This applies to paper printed as received (not trimmed) and printed using acceptable printing practices. This guarantee, however, does not include or apply to envelopes converted from these papers. Neenah’s sole liability for this guarantee is limited to replacement of the paper or credit in the amount of the purchase price of the paper. In no event shall Neenah be liable for incidental or consequential damages under any theory of liability. Except as set forth above Neenah makes no warranty for fitness for a particular purpose or warranty of merchantability.
