Neenah Paper Treasure Contest ("Contest")
2011 OFFICIAL RULES
THIS CONTEST IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA (EXCLUDING QUEBEC). DO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE AND LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES OR CANADA (EXCLUDING QUEBEC) AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
1. Eligibility Requirements: NOT OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. Open only to employees of printers or designers that are supplied with CLASSIC® Papers from Neenah Paper, Inc. who are legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec) and of the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors and officers of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, and advertising, Contest and judging agencies and all other service agencies involved with the Contest, and members of the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouse) and household of each such employee are not eligible to participate. Participation in the Contest, including the use of your employer's equipment and paper, and acceptance of any prize is subject to your employer's policies. Obtain consent from your employer, design firm, and Design end-user (if applicable) before entering. Do not participate in this Contest if your participation is prohibited by your employer. Void in Quebec and where prohibited.
2. Contest Entry Period: Contest begins on October 3, 2011 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on April 30, 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Contest Period"). The Web Site server is the official clock for this Contest.
3. To Enter: Go online to www.NeenahPaper.com/Treasure (the "Web Site") during the Contest Period and follow the on-screen directions to properly complete the online registration form and upload a printed project you designed and printed on Neenah CLASSIC® Papers (includes CLASSIC CREST®, CLASSIC COLUMNS®, CLASSIC® Laid, and CLASSIC® Linen) for one of your customers ("Design"). Entries can include, but are not limited to anything you have designed and printed for a customer: business identity packages, brochures, direct mail, posters, invitations, packaging, signage, annual reports and other print collateral. Design must be in .jpg, .gif, or .png format and must be 10MB or less. Once you have uploaded your Design, click on the "Submit" button to enter the Contest. There is no limit on the number of entries, but each Design must be unique. You must get permission from your employer, print shop owner, design firm, client and Design end-user (if applicable) before submitting the customer's Design. If you are selected as a finalist, you will be required to get the customer's permission in writing for the use of the Design by the Sponsor in connection with this Contest.
If a Design is a collaborative project and is submitted by more than one person, the first person to submit the Design will be considered the entrant and will be the only person eligible to win a prize. However, an entrant must have the consent of all individuals who collaborated on the Design to submit the Design.
Design must be the original work of the entrant; must be suitable for publication (i.e., may not be obscene or indecent); must not contain obscene or pornographic material; may not contain defamatory statements; may not invade privacy, publicity or other rights of any person, firm or entity; may not in any other way violate applicable laws and regulations. All Designs will be reviewed for content eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules before judging occurs. Designs containing prohibited material or inappropriate content, as determined by the Judges or the Sponsor, in their sole discretion, may at any time during the Contest Period or judging periods be disqualified. Sponsor/Judges make the final determination as to what Designs are eligible for this Contest.
4. Winner Selection:
Round 1: All eligible Designs will be judged by a qualified panel of judges on the following criteria, weighted equally: creativity, how the paper was used, and the techniques used (such as printing, embossing, foil stamping, die cutting, etc.), from May 2, 2012 to May 20, 2012. The top one hundred (100) Designs will be declared the "Semifinalists."
Round 2: The Semifinalists will be contacted by Sponsor on or about May 21, 2012 and will be required to submit their printed Design(s), within 10 days of notification. All materials submitted become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. All entries must be printed on one of the four CLASSIC™ brands: CLASSIC CREST®, CLASSIC COLUMNS®, CLASSIC® Laid, or CLASSIC® Linen Papers. The project can be comprised entirely or partially of CLASSIC® Papers. Semifinalists' Designs will be judged based on the same criteria as above. Semifinalists must provide an essay (maximum of 400 words) detailing the objective of the piece, the printing techniques used and CLASSIC® Paper(s) used; essays must be submitted with printed Design, within ten (10) days of notification. The panel of judges will then re-evaluate and judge the printed Semifinalists' Designs and select the ten (10) best Designs to move on to Round 3 (the "Finalists").
Round 3: The Finalists' Designs selected in Round 2 will then be judged based on the same criteria as above by Design Army, who will select the winner, subject to verification.
Entrants agree that the Sponsor and judges have the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from this Contest and that all decisions are final and binding in all respects. Winning Design will be announced on or about July 1, 2012.
5. Prize:
One (1) Grand Prize: winner's choice of a 2012 Ford Mustang (V6 Coupe Automatic ), Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of $24,000 USD/$23,668 CDN, or a 2012 Volkswagen Beetle (2.5L, 6-speed automatic transmission), ARV: $21,000 USD/$20,708 CDN.
Prize Disclaimers: Sponsor does not make, nor in any manner is responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the vehicle including but not limited to its quality, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition. Vehicle will be delivered solely with the express limited warranties provided by the manufacturer. Winner must have proof of a valid driver's license and evidence of required insurance to take delivery of vehicle; failure to show both may result in prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner. Winner will receive $1,000 USD/CDN (depending on place of residence) towards expenses related to delivery of the vehicle, but will be responsible for all title, license, and registration fees required in claiming the vehicle, applicable taxes as well as all other expenses relating to the receipt and use of vehicle, including any travel and transportation costs associated with taking delivery of the vehicle. All costs and expenses not specifically stated herein as being awarded are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Vehicle awarded will be a standard vehicle. Winner is responsible for the cost of any vehicle options as agreed to between winner and dealership at which vehicle will be delivered. At Grand Prize Winner's discretion, in lieu of the car, a cash alternative of $15,000 USD (or Canadian equivalent, if winner is from Canada) may be selected. Driver's license is not required if the cash alternative is selected. 6. Winner Notification and Prize Claim: Potential Winner is subject to verification, including verification of age. Potential Winner must be an active employee of in good standing of a Neenah-supplied printer or designer at time of entry and at time of prize award. Potential Winner will be contacted via a traceable method of mail sent to the address provided during registration and will be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit/Declaration of Eligibility/Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release (granting the use of the Winner's name, city/state/province/territory, likeness, or photograph by Sponsor for advertising/publicity purposes, without further compensation) within ten (10) days of attempted mail notification or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Winner. If potential Winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, if prize notification or prize is unclaimed or returned as undeliverable, or if prize is rejected, the potential Winner will be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Winner is solely responsible for any taxes on the prize, and, if Grand Prize winner is a U.S. resident, he/she will be issued IRS Forms 1099 and W9 for the value of the prize. Any Canadian winner is responsible for the reporting and payment of any income taxes. No transfer or substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Winner will be provided instructions to obtain his/her vehicle from a dealership to be determined by Sponsor. If Winner is from Canada, Winner can work with his/her local dealership to claim prize. Delivery of the vehicle is subject to manufacturer, distributor and dealer manufacturing, production and delivery schedules. If the prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
7. General Conditions: Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants. If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who is responsible or who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, modify, or terminate the Contest. In the event the Contest is terminated for any such reason, Sponsor reserves the right to determine the winner from all eligible entries in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. This Contest is offered only in the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) and is governed by the laws of the United States and Canada applicable thereto. By entering, entrants consent to jurisdiction and venue in, and agree that all claims and dispute must be resolved in, the federal or state courts in Fulton County, Georgia.
8. Limitations of Liability and Release: Entry constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules. Decisions of Judges are final and binding on all matters relating to the Contest. All entrants, as a condition of entry, and by accepting a prize, agree: (a) to release and hold harmless Neenah Paper, Inc. ("Sponsor"), its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising and Contest agencies and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents ("Contest Parties"), from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize, including any traveling related thereto; (b) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees and court costs. No responsibility or liability is assumed by the Sponsor or Contest Parties for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences which may affect the operation of the Contest: hardware or software errors; faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic, wireless, or Internet connectivity or other online communication problems; errors or limitations of any Internet service providers, servers, hosts, or providers; garbled, jumbled, or faulty data transmissions; failure of any e-mail transmissions to be sent or received; lost, late, delayed, or intercepted e-mail transmissions; inaccessibility of the Web Site, in whole or in part for any reason; traffic congestion on the Internet or the Web Site; unauthorized human or non-human intervention in the operation of the Contest, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, worms, or destruction of any aspect of the Contest, or loss, miscount, misdirection, inaccessibility, or unavailability of an email account used in connection with the Contest. Sponsor and Contest Parties are not responsible for any typographical errors in the announcement of prizes or these Official Rules, or any inaccurate or incorrect data contained on the Web Site. Use of Web Site is at user's own risk. Sponsor and the Contest Parties are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind which may be sustained to user's or any other person's computer equipment resulting from participation in the Contest, use of the Web Site. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his or her entries) who tampers with the entry process.
9. Publicity: Except if Winner is a resident of Tennessee, or where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, Winner grants permission for Sponsor, Contest Parties, and those acting under its authority, to use his/her name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising and/or publicity purposes, in any and all media now known or hereinafter invented without territorial or time limitations and without additional compensation.
10. Winners List: For the name of the prize winner, sending your request with a self-addressed, stamped envelope, to: Winners List Request, CLASSIC Papers Contest, P.O. Box 1095, Elmhurst, IL 60126. Requests must be received by July 1, 2012. Canadian residents may omit return postage.

CLASSIC® Papers Giveaway ("For Merchant Sales Representative")
2011 Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Eligibility: NOT OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. Open only to employees of Neenah Paper distribution partners that are authorized to buy/sell Neenah CLASSIC® Papers ("Distributors") who are legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec) and of the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry (hereinafter referred to as a "Sales Representative"). Employees (and those with whom they are domiciled) of Sponsor or of Neenah Paper sales locations considered to be "sold direct" are not eligible to participate. Acceptance of any prize is subject to your employer's policies.
2. How it Works:
Distributors will receive one (1) entry for every 1,000 lbs. of CLASSIC® Papers (CLASSIC CREST® CLASSIC® Linen, CLASSIC COLUMNS®, and CLASSIC® Laid) purchased (based on when orders are placed) from Neenah Paper from August 1, 2011 to April 30, 2012, ("Sweepstakes Period") and five (5) entries for every 1,000 lbs. of Egg Shell or Stipple CLASSIC® Paper purchased (based on when orders are placed) from Neenah Paper during the same Sweepstakes Period. Only Sponsor's records regarding qualified sales will be considered for tabulation of entries for this Sweepstakes and final results are solely at Sponsor's discretion. Returns will not count as part of entry tabulation.
An eligible Sales Representative may also enter the Sweepstakes on behalf of the Distributor and himself/herself by hand-printing the following on a 31/2" x 5" postcard: "CLASSIC® Papers Giveaway", Full Name, Distributor name, Distributor address, city, state/province/territory and ZIP/postal code, Distributor telephone number; mailing it with proper postage to: CLASSIC® Papers Giveaway," P.O. Box 792 Elmhurst, IL 60126. Each mail-in entry is worth five (5) Distributor entries into the Sweepstakes. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 30, 2012 and received by May 7, 2012. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, or postage-due mail/entries. Mail-in entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Limit one (1) entry per postage-stamped postcard.
Limit of Five Thousand (5,000) total entries per Distributor (from both methods of entry combined).
3. Drawings: there will be two (2) Drawings to select the winning Sales Representative for this Sweepstakes.
First Drawing: One Distributor will be selected in a random Drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted on or about May 14, 2012, by third-party promotion administrator, whose decisions shall be final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
The winning distributor will be required to provide Sponsor with a sales report indicating sales of CLASSIC® Papers by each Sales Representative from August 1, 2011 to April 30, 2012. Each Sales Representative will receive one (1) entry into the Second Drawing for every 500 lbs. of Neenah CLASSIC® Papers sold by the Sales Representative. If any Sales Representatives from the selected Distributor submitted mail-in entries, the Sales Representative will also receive one (1) entry for each mail-in entry submitted. Limit Five Thousand (5,000) total entries per Sales Representative (from both methods of entry combined).
Second Drawing: The Grand Prize Sales Representative winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries for the Distributor. Drawing will be conducted on or about May 24, 2012, by a third-party promotion administrator, whose decisions shall be final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received by all Sales Representatives from the winning Distributor throughout the Sweepstakes Period.
