Click on the entire color chip to see all items available in that brand and color or click W for Writing weight paper, T for Text weight paper or C for Cover weight paper. |

Freight charges are based on the weight and destination of your order, the shipping method requested, and any special delivery requirements involved. |

Depending on the weight of your order and delivery restrictions, possible shipping methods include: Federal Express Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, 2nd Day, or Ground Service. |

Sample shipments are charged a flat rate of $12.95 for Ground and $17.95 for Overnight service via Federal Express. |

All Canadian orders ship Federal Express International Economy or Federal Express International Priority. All fees related to the Canadian GST (Goods and Services Tax) will be the responsibility of the purchaser. These taxes will not be included in your final order total. |

Normally, we will ship your order the same day if ordered before 12 Noon CST and you selected Overnight or 2nd Day shipping service. Ground shipping orders will normally ship 1-3 business days after your order is placed. If your order includes envelopes, please allow extra time for fulfillment. Please keep this in mind when selecting a shipping option. |

If you have an unopened product to return or are unsatisfied with a product that has been opened, please contact our Internet Customer Service Department via email at samples@neenahpaper.com for instructions. |

Within 90 days of receipt of your order, you may return any unopened product in its original condition for a full refund of the cost of the product, and all sales taxes you may have incurred. You will not be reimbursed for your original shipping costs. |

Please write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper and include it with your order. Be sure to wrap the package securely in the original packaging materials, note the Return Authorization Number on the label, and send it to the following address: |
