1. Quick Product Order
If you are already familiar with our products and know the item codes for the products you wish to order, you can use our Quick Product Order form.

	Enter the product code and quantity of the item you'd lke to purchase OR Select the brand and color of the item you are looking for
	Enter a quantity from the resulting Item Listing for the product(s) you'd like to purchase
	Select Add to Shopping Cart
	Select Go to Order Checkout and follow the prompts to complete your order
	You are now entering our secure environment where we can accept your billing and shipping information, along with the method of shipment and your payment information. Note: for your security, credit card and checking account numbers are not stored by Neenah Paper.

2. Paper Selector
If you are uncertain of what to order, or unsure of the item number, the Paper Selector tool will help you select paper based on a variety of criteria.

	Enter any of the criteria from the drop-down menus
	Click Search Now
	Select the Brand and Color you'd like by clicking on the color chip or the W for Writing weight paper, the T for Text weight paper or the C for Cover weight paper
	Enter a quantity in the resulting Item Listing for the product(s) you'd like to purchase
	Select Add to Shopping Cart
	Select Go to Order Checkout and follow the prompts to complete your order
	You are now entering our secure environment where we can accept your billing and shipping information, along with the method of shipment and your payment information. Note: for your security, credit card and checking account numbers are not stored by Neenah Paper.

3. Color Charts
If you'd like to see samples of the colors we offer in each of our brands, visit the Color Charts to choose a brand, color and finish.

	Select the brand you are interested in
	Click on the entire color chip to see all items available in that brand and color or click W for Writing weight paper, T for Text weight paper, or C for Cover weight paper
	Enter a quantity in the resulting Item Listing for the product(s) you'd like to purchase
	Select Add to Shopping Cart
	Select Go to Order Checkout and follow the prompts to complete your order
	You are now entering our secure environment where we can accept your billing and shipping information, along with the method of shipment and your payment information. Note: for your security, credit card and checking account numbers are not stored by Neenah Paper.

 

 

A. You can check the contents of your shopping cart at anytime. Simply click the Shopping Cart icon at the top right corner of any page. If necessary, you can change the quantity ordered or unit size (package vs. full carton) for each item in your cart. You can delete the entire item by clicking on the Check to Remove option next to the item number. After any changes, please remember to select Accept Changes to save your entries.

When you are ready to complete your order, select Go To Order Checkout. We will prompt you through the steps to complete your purchase on our secure server. If you have a neenahpaper.com membership, we'll remember your billing and shipping information.

A. For your convenience, we will provide you with the opportunity to establish a neenahpaper.com Membership at checkout. Neenahpaper.com Member accounts are completely optional and are established by completing the registration process. Click on the My Account link at the top of the page at any time to set up an account. Or, complete the registration process by clicking Create an Account as you begin checkout. If you choose to participate, we will keep your name and address information to save time when entering future orders. For your protection, WE WILL NOT STORE CREDIT CARD OR CHECKING ACCOUNT INFORMATION.

In the future, we may use neenahpaper.com Member accounts to distribute information or special offers on Neenah Paper products. Cookies will be used to store your neenahpaper.com Member account ID. Therefore, you will need to keep cookies activated on your browser in order to utilize this feature.

 

 

A. Normally, we will ship your order the same day if ordered before 12 Noon CST and you selected Overnight or 2nd Day shipping service. Ground shipping orders will normally ship 1-3 business days after your order is placed. If your order includes envelopes, please allow extra time for fulfillment. Please keep this in mind when selecting a shipping option.

Your order will arrive in 1 to 6 shipping days, depending on the shipping option you choose. If you provide a valid e-mail address, you will receive a shipping acknowledgement when your order ships.

 

 

A. If you have an unopened product to return or are unsatisfied with a product that has been opened, please contact our Internet Customer Service Department via email at samples@neenahpaper.com for instructions.

Within 90 days of receipt of your order, you may return any unopened product in its original condition for a full refund of the cost of the product, and all sales taxes you may have incurred. You will not be reimbursed for your original shipping costs.

Please write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper and include it with your order. Be sure to wrap the package securely in the original packaging materials, note the Return Authorization Number on the label, and send it to the following address:

	If you know the product number of the samples you'd like to order, enter the product code and the quantity
	Otherwise, select the brand and color of the paper you'd like to sample
	From the resulting Item Listing, select the quantity (maximum of 4 packs per order of the item(s) you'd like to sample and select Add to Shopping Cart)
	Select Go to Order Checkout
